Fire-Roasted Flatbread

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Take a store-bought flatbread or naan, spread a thick layer of Fire-Roasted Red Pepper hummus edge to edge.

Top with thinly sliced red onion, a handful of baby spinach, and crumbled feta. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 10–12 minutes until the edges are crisp.

Slice and serve immediately. This is the appetizer that makes people think you spent an hour cooking. You spent fifteen minutes.
